When you see Cul is Cool for the first time, you have an antique semi-dilapidated statue in mind. Almost right: For this seat (!), created by the Spanish designers Ramón Úbeda and Otto Canalda, the derriere of the statue "David" of Michealangelo was the inspiration.
The torso of the seat, which is 0.5 metres tall and consists of black EPP, immediately attracts attention. After all, the seat has the profile of an - extremely seductive - derriere. Designers can get the foam EPP into just every shape and the versatile material may be any colour.
Given that EPP is extremely robust, the designer chair serves as comfortable seat base - and even everywhere. Weighing 1.5 kg, the torso of the seat is feathery and therefore easy to transport.
