The former EPP Forum has evolved: the association is now operating under the new name Particle Foam Association. This allows us to expand beyond EPP and include other particle foams in our activities. The new brand has been developed through a comprehensive branding process—with clear values and a strong purpose that will carry the association into the future.

Our Journey: From EPP Beginnings to Global Impact

The EPP Forum was founded in 2006 to strengthen cooperation along the entire expanded polypropylene (EPP) value chain. The aim was to raise awareness of the material among industry, research, and the public sphere and to open up new fields of application through networking, workshops, and trade fairs.

A New Name, A Bigger Mission

The Particle Foam Association will increasingly focus on international collaboration in the future: By expanding global networks, manufacturers, processors, and research institutions worldwide will work more closely together. At the same time, we will broaden our focus to include other particle foams, opening up new markets and fostering innovation across industries. With our work, we aim to pave the way for the next generation of particle foams.
